Well today we all going to talk about LEADERSHIP. The most important part of personality development ,needs lots of hard work and smart work.
LEADERSHIP :- THE ABILITY TO LEADING GROUP OF PEOPLE AND MOTIVATE THEM TO GET VICTORY. ITS MEAN " MASTERING, RULING, CAPTAINING, COMMANDING, DIRECTION, MANAGEMENT, HEADSHIP, AUTHORITY, SUPERVISION ....ETC
OR WE CAN SAY ...
A body can not function successfully without oxygen , A sports team needs captain , A army needs courageous commander and A countries need a good leaders.
All these example is directly said that success is directly related to the quality of leadership.
WHY LEADERSHIP IS IMPORTANT......?
We never think why leadership is important ? As we need grand parents, parents, elders in our family becuse they guide us ,they teach us about life. In a same manner team performances are often as good or as poor as the leadership present in the team.
