Well today we all going to talk about LEADERSHIP. The most important part of personality development ,needs lots of hard work and smart work.

 LEADERSHIP :- THE ABILITY TO LEADING GROUP OF PEOPLE AND MOTIVATE THEM TO GET VICTORY.  ITS MEAN " MASTERING, RULING, CAPTAINING, COMMANDING, DIRECTION, MANAGEMENT, HEADSHIP, AUTHORITY, SUPERVISION ....ETC
           

OR WE CAN SAY ...
     A body can not function successfully without oxygen , A sports team needs captain , A army needs courageous commander and A countries need a good leaders.
             All these example is directly said that success is directly related to the quality of leadership.

WHY LEADERSHIP IS IMPORTANT......?
                We never think why leadership is important ? As we need grand parents, parents, elders in our family becuse they guide us ,they teach us about life. In a same manner team performances are often as good or as poor as the leadership present in the team.

  • LEADERSHIP IS NECESSARY IN MAKING THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFUL...
                   Its just like ''heavy is the head that wears the crown " with leadership there is always the responsibility of achieving success or goal.


  • LEADERSHIP CRESTS THE BEHAVIOR OF PEOPLE IN A DESIRED MANNER..
                       Teams always having a people with different personalities . leadership attempts to understand the different personalities in a team , set everyone according to their personalities and give them a work which individual can do in better way so that they can achieve their goals.

  • A GOOD LEADERS ALWAYS ACT AS ROLE MODELS....
               Leaders are ''can do'' people . They make their teams want to be like them or winners. Their are so many cases where team members copy their leaders.                

  • LEADERS ACT AS CATALYSTS ....
                  The presence of the leader increase the speed of reaction and responses . Sometimes , even a name is enough to crate a catalytic effect.
for example.... Armies fighting for their countries,  sports person performing for their coaches.
                       The student silent prayer before exam.... makes god the leader playing catalyst.

  • LEADERS CREATE CONFIDENCE....
           Firmness ,assurance, faith and curage are essential for team performance.
A good leaders  always motivate team members and built confidence. So they give their 100% to their work ,which brings success.
