Today i tell you what is the functions and qualities of leadership. We already known this fact that leader always select by voting or group discussion. Its really important that we all should know about the qualities and functions which leaders have , becuse on the basis of this, we select are leader.
                   
FUNCTIONS OF LEADERSHIP ***
               
                   
  • LEAD.
          LEAD the word which makes leaders or leadership. Leaders always guide people towards attaining goals either personally or purely in spirit. They take or lead first step and others follow them.
  • MOTIVATE.
          Leaders direct or motivate the teams's behavior as per their requirement.
  • INFLUENCE.
          Leaders affect the team in a positive manner to achieve goals or to reach the destination.

                 
  • STIMULATE.
          Leaders excite , urge, provoke and change the team according to need.
  • CONTROL.
          Leaders will invariably govern, regulate, command and manage teams towards goal attainment.
               

  •  ASSERT. 
          Leaders uphold , affirm and emphasize the objectives set and stand up for right moments  specially in situations where goal are difficult to attain.
  • COOPERATE.
         Cooperate or '' work together''. Leaders ensure that every person who is assigned a task , must perform it and create an atmosphere of cooperation or working together.

  • HONESTY AND INTEGRITY...
         Fair, justice  and honest is the leader who always wins.
  • ENTHUSIASM...
          Excitement ,energy,zeal,eagerness and earnestness always produce positive results.

             
  • INTELLIGENCE...
         Knowledgeable ,smart , well informed and wise are the leaders who win.
  • AMBITION...
         Set high standards and ......Go for it! Get it done! we can do it!
  • EMPATHY...
         Leaders empathize by putting themselves in to others peoples shoes and then communicating   from their point of view thus ensuring success.


  • EMOTIONAL STABILITY...
         To be calm in the middle of a storm .. to look at problems objectively.
  • PEOPLE SKILLS AND HUMAN RELATIONS...
         Human relations or getting people to do their share of total task is both an art and science mastered by able leaders.

               
  • OBJECTIVITY.
        Leaders never lose sight of their goals even when the situations are against them.

  • MOTIVATING SKILLS.
        Leaders assure and motivating their teams and themselves to achieve goals.

  • TECHNICAL SKILLS.
        NO-excuse management. Leaders know their jobs and enhance their technical skills regularly.


  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
       Listen more, talk less , smile, use positive body language , praise loudly, blame softly are typical leadership communication styles.

  • SOCIAL SKILLS.
       Great leaders are friendly , hospitable , civil , polite and humble.

Hello ,  In my last post ,we had a discussion about anger and joy . Today i m going to talk about the most common feelings which everyone have " JEALOUSY and HATE ".             हम सब में से शायद ही ऐसे कुछ लोग होगें जिसे इसका अनुभव ना हो। हम सबको गुस्सा आता हैं , जलन होती हैं ,और जो चीजें हमें पसंद नही होती उससॆ नफ़रत भी हो ती हैं। Its very Common ,हो ना भी चाहिए  becuse we are human beings and its means we are live people's not dead.
