 INTERPERSONAL BEHAVIOR :-  A STUDY OF OUR OWN INNER TRAITS OF                                                                            PERCEPTION , COMMUNICATION ,KNOWLEDGE ,
 ATTITUDE , MOTIVATION AND HOW THESE AFFECT OUR INTERPERSONAL
BEHAVIOR WITH OTHERS.
                           
         
            Positive personality have positive relationship while negative personality have poor or negative relationship with others.
                                     
            Interpersonal behavior are absolutely necessary for success in today's competitive world.
Our professional life like interviews ,seniors, subordinates, customers, business socializing and personal life all need well manged interpersonal behavior.
                         
TYPES OF SELF :-
                              The self operates at 4 levels and the better we understand the self the more constructive the interpersonal behavior.
                 



OPEN SELF ***
                   When a persona knows our own personality and is willing to share thoughts ,ideas ,feelings and values with others , that person is called an OPEN SELF personality.

BLIND SELF ***
                      When others know more about a person than the person , is called BLIND SELF personality.

HIDDEN SELF ***
                        When a person knows but not ready to share due to shyness ,uncertainty or lack of confidence, such personality called HIDDEN SELF.

UNKNOWN SELF ***
                            When a person comes and goes from this world without making conscious and constructive interpersonal relations ,such a personality is called UNKNOWN SELF.
               

After self analysis of yourself , try to make your self as OPEN SELF personality and just do following things...
       

  • KNOWN YOURSELF...which type of self you actually have?
       


  • DECIDE YOUR OBJECTIVE OR GOAL.....after known your self just set a time frame to achieve your goal.
           

                             

  • BE ON TIME ......people who value time are respected ,welcomed and often overwhelmed with opportunities.
               



  • BE PRO-ACTIVE AT ALL TIMES....pro-active and 'take charge' behavior is the behavior of the winners.
             
                           

  • SMILE ..SMILE A LOT.....the world is full of 'non smilers' thus making people who smile very special. smiling needs  a positive attitude. your always convey positive attitude. smiling attracts positive people and produces positive results in life. 
       


  • DO THE THINGS WHICH YOU ENJOY....your hobbies ,sports ,singing, dancing
           


  • CELEBRATE SMALL SUCCESS....Its motivate you to get bigger success.
