Communication is sharing of meaning and includes reaching others with idea, facts, thoughts, feelings and values. its includes transmission of information.

  • Maintain eye contacts.
  • Maintain  your voice level.
  • Be courteous.
  • Be specific,when you show your point.
  • Avoid negative words.
  • Use simple and easy language.
  • Body language ..always possitive.
  • Show your possitive attitude.     
Think following point when you communicate....

  • Should i say it?
  • would writing be better?
  • Is timing perfect?
  • Where should i sit/ stand?
  • which facial expression is best?
  • what from of eye contact is appropriate?
  • which word is correct?

Hello ,  In my last post ,we had a discussion about anger and joy . Today i m going to talk about the most common feelings which everyone have " JEALOUSY and HATE ".             हम सब में से शायद ही ऐसे कुछ लोग होगें जिसे इसका अनुभव ना हो। हम सबको गुस्सा आता हैं , जलन होती हैं ,और जो चीजें हमें पसंद नही होती उससॆ नफ़रत भी हो ती हैं। Its very Common ,हो ना भी चाहिए  becuse we are human beings and its means we are live people's not dead.
